Job Description

As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist in the Entertainment & Media industry based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading the launch of concept-based video projects. Your expertise in marketing will be essential in positioning, promoting, and scaling video content in target markets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy for concept-based video content in alignment with business goals and brand vision. - Identify target audiences and devise tailored marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to guide campaign direction. - Collaborate with content creators, production teams, and marketing for effective storytelling and positioning. - Design and implement multi-channel distribution strategies across digital platforms, social media, OTT, and partnerships. - Establish and nurture partnerships with media houses, influencers, and distribution platforms. - Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI and engagement. - Provide leadership and insights on branding, messaging, and audience monetization models. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand strategy, particularly in entertainment, media, or digital content domains. - Proven track record in designing and executing successful GTM campaigns for content-driven products. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior in entertainment/media and proficiency in current digital content trends. - Expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content distribution. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams. Preferred Experience: - Prior experience with video content launches such as films, web series, short videos, OTT projects, or branded content. - Network of industry contacts within media houses, OTT platforms, and influencer networks. - Hands-on experience with data-driven marketing tools like analytics platforms, campaign management tools, and CRM systems.
