Go-To-Market Engineer 02-05 Bengaluru Full-Time About Bizdata Bizdata is a next-gen AI-powered integration and data automation platform. We help enterprises automate workflows across ERPs, cloud applications, and unstructured data sources without writing code. Our products like eZintegrations and Goldfinch AI Agent are transforming how companies handle system integrations, document intelligence, and data orchestration. Were looking for a GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of growth, automation, and data someone who can set up systems that drive scalable lead generation, enrich sales pipelines, and build the backbone of data-driven GTM operations. Role Overview As a GTM Engineer , you ll work directly with the Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to implement automation workflows for lead capture, enrichment, campaign execution, and pipeline insights. You will build tools, integrations, and scrapers to extract prospect data, configure APIs, and help scale outbound and inbound GTM motions across Bizdata s platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead Workflow Automation : Build and maintain scripts and workflows for managing, enriching, deduplicating, and scoring leads from various sources (job boards, LinkedIn, G2, etc.). Web Scraping & Data Extraction : Use tools (e.g., Python, BeautifulSoup, Puppeteer) to extract structured/unstructured data from websites, directories, and marketplaces (e.g., G2, Clutch, Oracle Cloud Marketplace). Cold Email Campaign Setup : Configure and automate outbound sequences using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist. Implement personalization using scraped and enriched fields. API Integrations : Set up and manage REST API configurations to fetch leads from third-party tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, analytics platforms). Lead Source Integration : Connect multiple GTM tools and sources like CRM, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, and databases using Python, eZintegrations, or low-code platforms. Campaign Insights & Analysis : Track open rates, CTRs, reply rates, and pipeline conversions; generate actionable reports and dashboards to optimize campaign performance. ICP Targeting & Enrichment : Enrich data from public sources and APIs to map company attributes (industry, tech stack, hiring trends) and improve lead scoring models. Tool & Infra Management : Manage GTM tools, maintain credentials, handle API rate limits, and ensure system reliability across integrations. Required Skills & Experience Experience in Growth Engineering, Marketing Ops, Sales Engineering, or Data Automation roles. Strong Python scripting skills (pandas, requests, selenium/bs4). Familiarity with email campaign tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Mailshake). Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook-based integrations. Proficient with automation tools like eZintegrations, Make, n8n, or Airflow. Understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and lead lifecycle. Knowledge of scraping frameworks and responsible scraping practices. Experience with Google Sheets / Excel + basic SQL is a plus. Good grasp of ICP definition, lead scoring, enrichment logic, and sales funnel metrics. Bonus Skills Experience working with LinkedIn Ads, job board APIs, or Google Search APIs. Familiarity with vector databases for lead deduplication. Experience setting up signal-based prospecting Knowledge of OpenAI or LLM-powered enrichment pipelines.
