Job Description

You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM), or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) with end-to-end implementation experience. A proven track record with lead roles in CIS implementation engagements, including at least 4 CC&B/C2M/CCS/MDM implementation/upgrade experiences, is required. As an Oracle Utilities Functional Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team, preparing project progress reports, tracking project progress, organizing sprints, and conducting Program Increment Planning. Your role will involve engaging with client leadership, delivery team leads, and other stakeholders across different geographies. Your strong Oracle Utilities consulting experience will be instrumental in driving project solutions and providing excellent customer engagement expertise. You should be able to understand business requirements, offer solutions for various business processes, recommend innovative future solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for leading workshops and demos, documenting business processes, and suggesting new methods and automation opportunities for efficient business operations. You should possess an understanding of de-regulated and regulated market environments, tariff scenarios, meter-to-cash processes, market EDI transaction lifecycles, and fundamentals of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). Knowledge of other utility products built on the OUAF platform, such as SOM, ODM, NMS, SGG, MWM, WAM, OUCSS, OUBI, is advantageous. Additionally, having in-depth knowledge of OUAF, database structure, and technical aspects is a plus. Possessing a PMP or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certificate would be advantageous, as well as Oracle Utilities Certifications in the Oracle Utilities product suite. Your qualifications should include a Full Time Graduation.,
