Job Description

Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end SAP transformation engagements
for clients in the
industrial sector
.
Partner with CXO-level stakeholders to define
SAP platform strategy, roadmap, and implementation approach
.
Drive
advisory, design, and delivery
of SAP-enabled business solutions, aligning with industry best practices.
Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver
complex, large-scale SAP programs
on time and within budget.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients
unlock business value
from their SAP investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
SAP with digital platforms, analytics, and cloud ecosystems
.
Contribute to
pre-sales activities
, RFP responses, and client pitches for SAP-led opportunities.
Mentor and coach consultants/managers, fostering talent development within the SAP practice.
Stay abreast of
emerging SAP technologies (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP)
and advise clients on adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

1216 years of professional experience, with strong expertise in
SAP platforms and transformation programs
.
Proven track record of
leading SAP implementations or upgrades
in the
industrial sector
(manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or related industries).
Strong understanding of
S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and SAP integration frameworks
.
Experience in
program management, client advisory, and consulting leadership
.
Strong
stakeholder management and communication skills
, with experience engaging senior executives.
Ability to manage and scale
large consulting teams
across geographies.
