Supervision of Construction of Major and Minor bridges, Super structures, ROBs, interchanges, RUBs, culverts, VUP and PUPs for Major highway projects, ROBs and Viaduct construction for Metro project, including launching of complex bridges by using modern construction equipment.
Review of designs and drawings of all Major, Minor bridges, CD works, ROBs, interchanges, and RUBs from execution point of view.
Identifying problematic activities in advance, suggesting corrections and generate Good for Construction drawings.
Day to day monitoring and implementation of approved methods of work at site.
Ensuring execution of works as per approved designs and drawings.
Ensuring quality of work at the site as per standard practices.
Ensuring adherence to safety standards at site
Execution of project as per applicable laws, rules, policies and guidelines.
Review as Built drawings prepared by the Contractor.
Review of the adequacy of the various geotechnical investigations.
Review of the Detailed Feasibility and Engineering Report (DFER) prepared by the Design Consultant for the design standards and parameters adopted technical specifications.
Review of rehabilitation measures proposed by the concessionaire for existing structures.
Review of identification of opportunities for optimizing the cost, without diluting quality of materials and works.
Reviewing the implementation schedule of construction of the project section submitted by the Contractor and taking corrective measures
