GMB Executive (Hyperlocal Search)

As a GBP/GMB Executive, your role involves managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility, customer engagement, and online reputation for clients. You will be instrumental in developing and executing local SEO strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and enhancing performance through data analysis and innovative approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Create, claim, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles to boost local search visibility and engagement. - Ensure accurate and current business information on GBP listings. - Develop and execute tailored local SEO strategies for clients" target audiences and locations. - Publish compelling posts, photos, and updates in line with clients" brand identities. - Monitor and respond to customer reviews to uphold a positive online reputation. - Analyze GBP performance data and local SEO metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis. - Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, digital marketing) to align strategies and campaigns. - Keep abreast of local SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive landscape to refine strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO strategies. - Profound understanding of local SEO principles, keyword research, and ranking factors. - Proficiency with Google Business Profile dashboard, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and client engagement. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple profiles concurrently. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset to drive continuous improvement. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with Google My Business certification or similar local SEO certifications.
