GMB Executive (Hyperlocal Search)

As a GBP/GMB Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility, customer engagement, and online reputation for our clients. Your role will involve developing and executing local SEO strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and improving performance through data analysis and innovative thinking. Your key responsibilities will include creating, claiming, verifying, and optimizing Google Business Profiles to boost local search visibility and engagement. You will ensure accurate and up-to-date business information on GBP listings, tailor local SEO strategies to clients" target audiences and locations, and create engaging posts aligned with clients" brand identities. Additionally, you will monitor and respond to customer reviews, analyze performance data and local SEO metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on your analysis. Collaboration with internal teams such as SEO, content, and digital marketing will be essential to ensure cohesive strategies and campaigns. Staying updated about local SEO trends, algorithm updates, and the competitive landscape will help you refine strategies effectively. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO strategies. You should have a strong understanding of local SEO principles, keyword research, and ranking factors, as well as proficiency with tools like Google Business Profile dashboard, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary for crafting content and engaging with clients, while attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple profiles simultaneously are crucial. An analytical and problem-solving mindset will enable you to drive continuous improvement in your work. Preferred qualifications for this role include holding a Google My Business certification or similar local SEO certifications, experience working with clients in various industries, and familiarity with additional local SEO tools like BrightLocal, Moz, or SEMrush.,
