GM/AGM Finance (Head - Finance)

Job Description: As a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-12 years of experience in Fund raising/Financial activities in the financial sector/NBFCs, you will be responsible for leading and managing financial activities. Your role will require proven managerial skills, team handling experience, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, independent decision-making abilities, and effective convincing skills. Prior work experience in NBFC/MFI/other BFSI sectors will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage fund raising activities in the financial sector/NBFCs. - Utilize your managerial skills to effectively handle and lead teams. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. - Make independent decisions and take a proactive approach in financial activities. - Utilize your convincing skills to drive successful financial outcomes.
