In this role as a General Manager (GM) - Technical at Aadishakti Group, located in Mundra, you will be responsible for overseeing various technical operations, managing research and development initiatives, facilitating project management, and ensuring the execution of product development processes. Your role will also involve leading, mentoring, and building high-performing teams while collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals and maintain high-quality standards in production and development. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Project Management to oversee and guide technical projects effectively. - Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development to innovate and spearhead technical advancements. - Experience in Team Building and Team Management to lead and inspire a collaborative workforce. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. - Prior experience in a managerial or leadership technical role is advantageous.
