As a Sales Manager at GM Solar & Weather Systems in Noida, your role involves developing and implementing the overall business strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. - Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of weather instrumentation products. - Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Sales with good communication and presentation skills. - Proven sales experience in CRM software. - Consistent high performer and ability to deliver under pressure. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English & Hindi. - Ability to engage customers and partners to ramp up business support while delivering value. - Strong technical knowledge of weather instrumentation products and software. - Good understanding of customer profiles, markets, and products, with good networking skills. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service of weather instrumentation products. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ex-Servicemen are welcome.
