We’re Hiring | General Manager – Sales (Passenger Vehicles)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced GM – Sales to lead passenger vehicle sales operations, drive volume and market share growth, manage senior sales teams, and ensure strong profitability and customer experience in line with OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall sales volume, revenue, and market share

• Lead and develop showroom, corporate, and fleet sales teams

• Execute OEM sales strategies, schemes, and product launches

• Improve conversion ratios, CSI, and team productivity

• Drive profitability through F&I, exchange, and product mix

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• 12–18 years in automobile sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role

• Strong leadership, analytical, and OEM process knowledge
