Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GM Projects in Real Estate, located in the Bangalore Urban district. The GM Projects will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of various real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves regular site visits, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Project Management, including planning, execution, and compliance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate teams
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and legal regulations
• Ability to effectively address challenges and ensure timely project completion
• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• PMP or similar certification is beneficial
