Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and guide IT teams across both hardware and software divisions. Implement and manage cyber security measures for software platforms, applications, and IT infrastructure. Identify opportunities for digital innovation, automation, and system enhancements. Stay updated with emerging technologies (cloud computing, AI, IoT, etc.) and recommend practical implementation. Collaborate with external vendors and ensure smooth IT operations. Manage the IT budget, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective technology investments. Spearhead system integration and digital transformation projects. Manage Project Management Tools (ASANA/JIRA/ZOHO/CLICKUPS/HIVES) Knowledge of compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards (DPDA,GDPR, etc.). Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL Preferred Qualifications: Education: B.E./M.E. in Computer Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 10-12 years in an IT leadership role, with hands-on experience in: o Ecommerce applications, trending technologies, cyber security, UI/UX design, AI/ML. o Experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Core, etc.),Python, Android, Flutter. o Oversee the development of mobile applications using Flutter for cross-platform deployment (Android and iOS) and native Android development. o Ensure the integration of mobile apps with back-end web services (APIs), databases, and e- commerce platforms. o IT infrastructure management, cloud platforms (AWS, Aurora), and data centre operations. o Architecting and designing large-scale applications using diverse technologies. o Experience in software development, digital transformation, and system integration. Skills : Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Expertise in architecting scalable applications and digital platforms. Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team. Passionate about transforming how fresh produce is bought and consumed in India.
