Job Description

  • Overseeing the Finance Function at Head Office & Locations
  • Overseeing all the compliances (TDS, PF, Gratuity,)
  • Coordination with Donor Audit every month/ as & when required
  • Coordination with Statutory Auditor
  • Finalization of Accounts
  • Overseeing the Donor service activity
  • Overseeing the MIS &Developments
  • Automation of the finance process
  • Carry out periodical audits of centres re policies & SOPs
  • FCRA compliances
  • Income Tax returns
  • Supporting S&D team proposal making
  • Annual Budget preparation & Monitoring
  • Closely monitoring the investments of the company optimize the returns
  • Interdepartmental coordination & support like Operation HR & Admin
  • All approval of accounting entries
  • Closely work with CFO and team members to improve operational efficiency
  • Cost monitoring & control
  • Streamlining and improving the Tally operation & customization to get donors information fast

  • Experience in managing large budgets, finance, contract administration, negotiation and project management
  • Good understanding of business laws

Qualification and Experience

  • Management degree/similar professional qualification from a reputed institution
  • 8+ years experience in a similar function
  • Experience in managing team
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar Financial system implementation and use
  • Advanced excel & PPT knowledge
  • Large data handling skills
