Job Description

Candidate preference:

Should have worked in factory set up projects.

Management , Engineering background.

Excellent Analytical skill.

Should have good knowledge in IE Concepts , PPC .

Overseas Experience is preferrable.

Experience in knits is mandatory and exposure in kids products .


The applicant should have vast experience in the following area,

Project Management , Fabric ,Merchandising, Quality , Production , IE, Planning, Commercial , Compliance, Product Development, Finance.

  • Monitoring and ensuring all production performance parameters (output, efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, material consumption ) are met as per agreed standards, whilst also ensuring product compliance with customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, address issues, and achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Managing overall operations, conducting daily management meetings to identify critical issues, taking action to correct or avoid problems, advising and guiding the team on all related aspects and coordinating with all teams to ensure that targets are achieved.
  • Develop & implementing production tracking , quality control systems. Analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, & other operational reports.
  • Effective communication with buyers, suppliers and other external stake holders.
  • Assessing resource requirements, providing information to the management, and coordinating with the relevant parties to ensure the availability of all resources for production (including Machinery, manpower, raw materials, support services) to facilitate the production operations.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of planning, organizational, analytical, and financial skills and be able to partner and communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Overseeing and control stock level, inventory , WIP across all process.
  • Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the management.
  • Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
  • Leading the projects like continuous quality improvement , Method improvements , Automation and system development.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
  • Prepare and control operational budgets. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
