Job Description

As a GM Administration & HR at Jalan Infrastructure LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing HR and Administration functions at the office. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring HR and Administration activities - Integrating and coordinating functions of administrative, finance, sales and marketing, site coordination, vendor management, liaising, and PR with Corporates - Drafting and implementing policies and best practices to support the achievement of objectives and required standards - Managing projects/sites to ensure timely execution and effective people management To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrate strong leadership qualities. Qualifications: - 15 years of experience in Administration & HR, with at least 3 years in a GM or similar position - MBA/PG in any subject In addition to the above, Jalan Infrastructure LLP offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Yearly bonus This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
