Job Description

You have a great opportunity to join Jalan Infrastructure LLP as a GM Administration & HR with 15 years of experience in the field, including 3 years in a GM or similar position. The preferred qualification for this role is an MBA/PG in any subject. This is a full-time position located in Kolkata, West Bengal. Your responsibilities will include monitoring HR and Administration activities, integrating and coordinating functions across various departments such as administrative, finance, sales and marketing, site coordination, vendor management, liaising, and PR with Corporates. You will be involved in drafting and implementing policies and best practices to support the achievement of objectives and required standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for Project/Site Management, ensuring timely execution and effective people management. To excel in this role, you should have strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent leadership qualities. This position offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund, and follows a day shift schedule with a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager, 3 years in Administration, and 5 years in HR Admin. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages is preferred. The work location is in person.
