We are looking for a relentless and highly strategic individual to manage our global fieldwork operations.

The Role: Survey Panel Partner Specialist

You will be the engine that powers our data acquisition. Your primary mission will be to identify, establish, and maintain a high-quality global network of survey panel providers capable of reaching the most specialized technical and executive audiences.

This is a critical, high-impact role requiring both sharp negotiation skills and deep familiarity with B2B market research execution.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

Global Panel Sourcing :

• Proactively find and vet new external panel providers with proven access to niche audiences
• Ensure panel capabilities meet the precise demographic and professional criteria of our proprietary studies

Fieldwork Execution Management:

• Oversee end-to-end fieldwork logistics, ensuring strict adherence to quotas, timelines, and budget across multiple international markets.
• Manage project flow, including initial feasibility checks, link testing, data monitoring, and closing fieldwork waves.

Vendor Relations & Negotiation:

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, negotiating competitive pricing for complex project specifications (e.g., low Incidence Rates, high LOI).
• Establish and manage SLAs to guarantee high data quality and low fraud rates.

Quality Control & Reporting:

• Implement rigorous quality checks and provide performance reports on panel partners to internal research teams.

What You Bring

• Experience:

  3+ years

  of direct experience in Market Research operations or a Fieldwork Management role, with a focus on B2B sample acquisition.

• Expertise:

  Demonstrated ability to successfully manage global projects and work with international panel providers.

• Skills:

  Exceptional negotiation, verbal communication, and project management capabilities.
