As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing service operations and technology governance, as well as overseeing external and internal interfaces in alignment with service operations and management processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of Individual Contributors for Core Infrastructure Services, allocating financial and human capital, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services. Additionally, you will contribute to technical architectural activities for the responsible technology domain and manage suppliers to ensure quality services and meet contractual obligations. Your performance will be measured based on stable, compliant, secure, and cost-effective operations, with key indicators including availability, performance, capacity metrics, and continuous cost reductions year over year. You will also be accountable for the responsiveness and recovery speed of critical incidents/issues in the business, as well as promoting automation-led programmable infrastructure and platform services. To excel in this role, you should have experience in operations management and execution, project management, and possess strong negotiation and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in IT infrastructures, IT operations, IT service management, problem-solving abilities, system integration expertise, and vendor management capabilities are essential.
