Global Service Delivery Manager

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global service delivery operations for SAP solutions, focusing on logistics-related modules and functionalities.
• Leverage rich hands-on experience as an SAP functional consultant in the logistics domain (such as SAP MM, SD, WM, TM, or EWM).
• Manage and oversee SAP Cloud deployments, including both public and private cloud architectures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Own the end-to-end management of SAP projects, employing both SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models for implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams across geographies build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for client engagement, maintaining strong relationships with global stakeholders and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from scope definition and planning through execution and support, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of SAP services.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolution plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Significant experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, specializing in the logistics domain (SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, TM, EWM, etc.).
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions (experience with both public and private cloud environments is required).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex SAP projects globally, including new implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Deep understanding and application of SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks in project management.
• Proven capability as a people manager-team builder and mentor with multicultural/global team experience.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar) is preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience working with large multinational organizations.
• SAP Logistics/Cloud certifications.
• Exposure to integration with other enterprise systems and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
