Global Reward Consultant - Senior Associate

As a Senior Reward Analyst at EY, you will be a key member of the Global Reward Virtual Talent Hub team, reporting to the Reward Senior Consultant. The Virtual Talent Hub is an essential part of the TS service offerings, utilizing an extended delivery model with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. In this role, you will work on non-repetitive project-based tasks through skilled agile teams that cover operational and non-transactional scopes across service lines and regions. Your responsibilities will include leading compensation survey submissions, job matching, and benchmarking studies with globally sourced vendors. You will collaborate closely with local and country reward team members to prepare and review submissions for multiple multimarket surveys. Additionally, you will project manage compensation survey submissions, provide guidance to Region/Country Reward leaders, and prepare and conduct reward analysis for various stakeholders. You will also be responsible for liaising with external benchmarking vendors, leading contract renewals for survey contracts, providing analytical and data management support for global reward and analytic tools, and working with large datasets to prepare analyses. Furthermore, you will be involved in performing regular updates to compensation management tools, providing operational support during the annual compensation review cycle, and identifying improvement opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or related studies, along with 6-8 years of experience in a Reward role. You should possess strong business acumen, organizational skills, research, and analytical skills. Advanced technical skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other tools are preferred. Due to the global nature of the role, travel and willingness to work alternative hours are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
