Global Recruitment/Staffing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Global Recruitment Specialist at our company in Noida, you will be a key member of our team responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top global talent to meet our business needs. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both global and domestic positions, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global and domestic roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements. - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates" skills and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and provide timely updates to candidates. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (international/global hiring experience is a plus). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. - Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
