Global Recruiter (Multilingual Roles)

As a Global Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for leading and executing international hiring strategies across various regions, such as North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Your expertise in global talent markets, local labor laws, and cultural nuances will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across different functions and geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with global business leaders and HR teams to comprehend current and future hiring requirements in multiple regions. - Devise and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from global markets. - Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline for present and future roles. - Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Stay abreast of international hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and local labor market conditions. - Work closely with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent platforms across different regions as necessary. - Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Support global employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Ensure adherence to international and local employment laws and data privacy regulations in all recruitment practices.
