We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience in international hiring across APAC, EMEA, UK, and US regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for niche roles such as language specialists, content moderators, and subject matter experts (SMEs) for global projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for international roles across APAC, EMEA, UK, and US.
Hire for specialized roles induding language experts (e.g, Mandarin, Spanish, French), content moderators, and SMEs.
Collaborate with delivery managers, hiring teams, and global stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.
Leverage Linkedin Recruiter, job portals, and advanced sourcing tools to attract both active and passive global talent.
Conduct language-based hiring with a strong understanding of localization and cultural nuances.
Manage high-volume/bulk recruitment drives with efficiency and quick tumaround times.
