Job Description

As a Product Manager at Siemens Smart Infrastructure Division, you will play a crucial role in managing SINOVA Contactors / Overload Relays and MPCB within the Electrical Products business unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving Sales, Margins & Profitability of SINOVA Contactors / Overload Relays and MPCB - Developing and managing product roadmaps - Launching new products effectively - Positioning products based on price and performance criteria - Managing the entire product lifecycle from inception to obsolescence - Identifying product gaps and devising strategies for new product introductions while managing cannibalization - Aligning product positioning and benchmarking for target markets - Creating and implementing business plans that focus on competitive landscape and customer needs - Setting development targets and executing cost optimization projects - Generating and maintaining sales support tools such as presentations, winning guides, catalogs & brochures, and demo models - Conducting competitor comparisons and developing region-specific marketing materials Furthermore, you will be required to collaborate across various functions including R&D, Business Regions, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing. Your role will also involve: - Maintaining technical/commercial databases for existing and upcoming products on platforms like SAP and Material Master - Conducting training programs for Sales & Service colleagues to enhance their knowledge and competencies - Coordinating with the factory for manufacturing planning and new product ramp-up - Evaluating market size and growth rates based on internal and external market models - Interacting with regions to align with country-specific certification requirements for market entry At Siemens, we offer a diverse and inclusive work environment where over 379,000 minds from more than 200 countries come together to build the future.
