Global Procurement Assistant Analyst

Role Overview: As a Content Management specialist, your main objective is to enable, maintain, and manage the resolution of issues related to Catalogs and category cards on Ariba On Demand platform. You will be responsible for recommending improvements, managing accuracy, changes, and deletions of catalog, contract, and category card content. Your role will also involve contributing to the team's delivery to deadlines, maintaining quality standards, proposing improvements, and ensuring internal control measures are in place. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze item lists with catalogue data provided to generate new catalogues - Act as a point person for suppliers on technical catalogue-related queries - Provide guidance to procurement managers/buyers on catalogue strategies - Analyze transaction lists with reporting analysts to generate new catalogues - Maintain e-catalogues for assigned categories of products/services - Update the catalogue friendly guide - Accomplish catalogue Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as responding to users within agreed business days - Coordinate with GP, vendors, IT, and Ariba for the implementation of punch-out catalogues - Support Catalog usage improvement activities - Ensure compliance by keeping owners updated on processes and identifying the need for new process creation/modification Qualifications: - Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone - Proficiency in data analysis and process understanding - Strong IT procurement skills, including proficiency in PC tools (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point) - Preferably a background in Procurement, Finance, or analytics - Excellent written and spoken English skills - Experience with ERP systems (SAP/ARIBA) - Bachelor's degree required - 1-3 years of relevant experience (Note: The additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
