Global Perspective Teacher

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Global Perspectives Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will help students develop critical thinking, research skills, and an understanding of global issues that shape our world. The teacher should be passionate about fostering open-mindedness, cultural awareness, and analytical skills in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Global Perspectives curriculum in accordance with school guidelines and international standards.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that promote inquiry, research, and critical thinking.
• Guide students in analyzing global issues such as environment, culture, economics, technology, and social change.
• Support students in developing independent research projects and group discussions.
• Assess student progress through assignments, presentations, portfolios, and exams.
• Encourage respectful dialogue, cultural sensitivity, and multiple-perspective thinking in the classroom.
• Integrate real-world case studies and current global events into lessons.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and parent interactions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, International Relations, or related field.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in Global Perspectives or similar subjects.
• Strong understanding of global issues, cultures, and contemporary challenges.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and research guidance skills.
• Ability to inspire critical and independent thinking in students.
• Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge Global Perspectives preferred) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
