Global Order Management Coordinator

Your job will be the global main point of contact for order management activities, supporting regional front office Customer Service on order creation, order maintenance, order confirmation, expedites, and any other back-office related activities. - Receive, check, and enter customer orders in SAP - Follow-up with local customer service representative or internal departments on missing or incorrect data - Action requests (quantity changes/pull-in/push-out/cancellation) with internal stakeholders compliant with customer T&Cs or Molex policies - Validate Molex delivery schedule with internal stakeholders and communicate Molex response to front office CSR - Process expedite requests, validate supply status in SAP, follow-up with IP/PP team for improvements - Support generation of reports to Front office customer service teams - Compile critical requirements from customers, work with plants on production planning - Record creation and maintenance on SAP, SharePoint, or any other designated location as per requirements from the Front office CSR team Basic Qualifications: - 0 to 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the electronic industry - Knowledge of SAP / ERP system preferred - Good PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook - Mandatory proficiency in written and oral English Additional Details: At Koch companies, being entrepreneurs means openly challenging the status quo, finding new ways to create value, and getting rewarded for individual contributions.
