Global Order Management Coordinator

Your job will involve being the main global contact for order management activities, supporting regional front office Customer Service on various tasks such as order creation, maintenance, confirmation, expedites, and other back-office related activities. You will be a part of the Global Center of Excellence - Front Office Customer Support team, serving as the primary point of contact for all order fulfilment activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring prompt and efficient responses to inquiries from assigned customer accounts. Specific tasks you will handle include order creation management, order & customer portal maintenance management, order confirmation management, expedites processing, reporting support, allocation coordination, and record creation and maintenance on SAP or designated locations. To be considered for this role, 0 to 3 years of Customer Service experience is desirable, preferably in the electronic industry. Fresh diploma/graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred, along with good PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proficiency in written and oral English is mandatory.
