Establish systems , tools and process to move the Global NIBT Compliance returns In House; Establish tool and process to improve present NIBT compliances 10-12 years experience in Non Income based tax reporting and compliances covering the following : - Preparation and filing of VAT returns, - Tax accounting and reconciliations - Proficient in Microsoft excel - Ability to understand and interpret VAT regulations - Ability to facilitate brainstorming discussions, gather and document inputs from business and technical SMEs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior executive engagement. - Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Certified Public Accountant would be preferred. Finally, familiarity with tax technology, data analytics, and automation tools for compliance and reporting is important for efficiency in the role. Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Maintain current knowledge of all tax laws affecting Oracle. Detail oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. 10 plus years experience in public accounting firm and/or high technology industry. CPA and or MS/MBA tax preferred.
