Global Marketing Manager (APAC)

As the Global Marketing Manager at WorldatWork, you will be responsible for leading and executing multi-regional marketing strategies with a focus on the MENA, Southeast Asia, and India markets. Your role will involve strengthening our brand positioning, increasing market share, and driving demand generation in these key regions. You will need to develop and implement a global marketing strategy tailored to the nuances of these markets, define and lead regional go-to-market strategies, and align marketing initiatives with company growth goals. Collaboration with sales, product, and executive leadership will be crucial in driving performance. Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and measuring omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, events, and offline channels. It will be essential to plan region-specific content calendars, leverage influencers and media platforms unique to the target audiences, and monitor regional market trends to inform strategic decisions. Collaborating with regional sales teams, cross-functional teams, and managing local agency relationships will be key aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for setting and tracking KPIs for lead generation, campaign ROI, and brand visibility, as well as managing the regional marketing budget effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of international marketing experience, with a focus on the mentioned regions. Strong skills in strategic planning, market research, team leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo, as well as analytics tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, will be beneficial. Additionally, proficiency in collaboration tools and project management applications will be required to excel in this role.,
