Description
Role Overview: You will support system activities in a specific process area, including analysis, design, and overseeing the implementation of system changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency aligned with corporate strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Define the technical strategy and architectural roadmap for the Marketing GenAI ecosystem, ensuring it scales to meet the future needs of the global marketing organization. - Guide and oversee the technical development and architectural design of the agentic GenAI platform at a global level, focusing on creative production, scalability, and seamless integration. - Partner with senior business stakeholders and product manager to translate high-level marketing objectives into robust, scalable, and innovative GenAI solutions. - Review and approve solution designs from SI partners, ensuring alignment with strategic vision, architectural principles, and technical standards. - Drive the strategy for integrating diverse data sources and systems across the GenAI ecosystem, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant data flows for creative assets. - Collaborate with the Product Manager to detail technical specifications, roadmaps, and quality standards, emphasizing achieving top-tier performance, security, and privacy benchmarks. - Champion Responsible AI (RAI) principles across all GenAI initiatives, ensuring a thoughtful balance between innovation, ethical considerations, and data privacy. - Direct interactions with Enterprise Architecture and Product teams to guide technology selections and explain complex technical trade-offs to business users and non-technical stakeholders. - Manage technical relationships with external partners (e.g., System Integrators), including reviewing their work and ensuring accountability for architectural integrity. Qualification Required: - Deep expertise in GenAI, with a proven track record of architecting and deploying agentic systems for creative production. - Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with hands-on experience in architecting and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions. - Advanced skills in data integration techniques, ETL processes, and familiarity with APIs and web services for connecting disparate data sources. - Extensive experience in leading technical teams, managing complex IT projects from conception to implementation, and operating in Agile work processes. - Robust background in machine learning operations (MLOps) and digital transformation initiatives. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical visions and architectural trade-offs. - Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at setting technical direction, prioritizing projects, and mobilizing teams to deliver innovative solutions. - Eager to embrace new technologies, methodologies, and industry developments, with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.,
