Job Description

As a Global Executive at Rrayze, a Business Consulting Company with a presence in 11 countries and 15 states across India, your role will primarily focus on HR Outsourcing and recruitment business. You will be responsible for finding new business partners globally for finance and compliance-related work for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively searching for partners from online platforms. - Shortlisting partner profiles based on company requirements. - Assessing partner profiles to ensure their skill sets align with company needs. - Arranging quotes from clients and negotiating for the best quote. - Conducting meetings with selected partners. - Maintaining documentation of selected partners. - Coordinating with clients based on their time zone. - Working closely with global partners to ensure all compliance is completed for clients. - Handling and managing client and partner requirements related to data, documentation, and legal aspects. You will need to meet the following qualifications: - Education: Graduate - Experience: 0-1 year Additional details about Rrayze include being a multi-business segment company involved in Finance, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment, Start-up funding, and Compliances.
