Global ERP Specialist (Logistics)

Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate, analyze, and optimize business processes in Logistics, particularly Warehouse Management, for integration into the new ERP MS Dynamics environment. - Lead the entire software introduction process, from conception and implementation to global roll-out across multiple entities. - Develop and update training materials and documentation for MS Dynamics, and conduct trainings for Logistics globally. - Provide ongoing support and training to end users, addressing issues and finding solutions on a global scale. - Identify optimization opportunities and process improvements in Logistics, developing custom solutions and scripts for third-party software integration. - Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop detailed rollout plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for the new ERP system configuration and customization. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any branch of Engineering. - 8-10 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management within an ERP environment. - Experience in implementing ERP systems or similar IT projects, ideally with MS Dynamics. - Proven track record in managing full-cycle ERP rollout projects, preferably in an international setting. - Strong process-oriented and analytical mindset, with programming skills being advantageous. - Excellent communication, training, and teamwork skills. - Demonstrated experience and willingness to work in an international environment with global teams. - Readiness for international travel and fluent business English skills.
