Job Description

In this role as a Global Digital Support Engineer at Johnson Matthey, located in Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues. - Conducting data analytics and tracking KPIs regarding digital portal usage to provide insights to regional TSE teams. - Onboarding new customers onto portals, including model development, customer mapping, and validation. - Training regional LEVO superusers/product experts to enable local teams to support customers in direct interactions. - Being part of the Digital Product Sync team, reviewing targets, and implementing the digital strategy. - Running engineering models to generate performance estimates and recommendations for optimization. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. - 1-2 years of work experience in the industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,
