Job Description

Role Overview: As a Global Digital Support Engineer at Johnson Matthey in Navi Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, conduct data analytics, and track KPIs related to digital portal usage. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers onto portals, training regional LEVO superusers, and contributing to the implementation of the company's digital strategy. Additionally, you will run engineering models to provide performance estimates and optimization recommendations.
