Global Data & Analytics Senior Analyst

Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming processes and developing data analyses for end-to-end GBS operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing advanced analytical thinking and reporting capabilities to support leaders in implementing actions for process improvement. - Driving operational improvements and transformations through analytical insights. - Leveraging technical expertise to identify insights and develop data analyses and visualizations. - Creating, designing, and modifying KPI reports, scorecards, and dashboards for data visualization. - Leading ad-hoc projects for advanced analytics opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in statistics, math, computer science, finance, or a related quantitative field. - Experience: 6-8 years of experience in global services, with at least 3 years in performance reporting and advanced analytics. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design. - Data Expertise: Strong understanding of delivery technologies, data access, data quality assessment, and data profiling. - Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setup across regions, cultures, and reporting lines.
