With the opportunity to work with well-loved brands like TRESemm, you will have the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to building a brighter future for Indian households. **Key Responsibilities:** - Put the consumer at the heart of all strategies and execution to drive brand growth by identifying real consumer problems and solving them through innovative solutions and impactful communications. - Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and finance teams to bring innovation pipeline to life and ensure timely project delivery, driving business metrics such as turnover, gross margin, and market share. - Work with internal and external partners to create comprehensive communications strategies, execute brand campaigns, and develop winning products based on consumer insights. - Create Brand Experience Toolkits for 360 campaign deployments across various media channels and collaborate with R&D for product innovation and loyalty enhancement. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, with FMCG or Beauty Marketing experience preferred. - Demonstrated bold and action-oriented thinking, along with strong consumer intimacy and project management skills. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to drive successful brand initiatives. - Strong analytical thinking, creativity, empathy, and aesthetic sense are essential for this role.,
