Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Set up and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities
Implement and maintain security policies for identity and access management
Monitor and audit access logs to detect unusual activity or potential breaches
Support multi-factor authentication and password management systems
Work with IT and security teams to ensure access controls are aligned with business needs
Help onboard and offboard users securely and efficiently
Stay updated on compliance requirements and ensure systems meet those standards
Around 35 years working in IT security, identity and access management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with access auditing and reporting
Good grasp of cybersecurity basics and risk management
Ability to troubleshoot access issues and work with cross-functional teams
Clear communication and documentation skills

Primary Skills:

Good understanding of IAM/UAM concepts
Familiar with tools like Active Directory, Active Roles (Quest), Azure AD & ServiceNow
Comfortable with access protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth
Able to write basic scripts (PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
