Job Title: Middleware Technical SME(C2)

Job Summary:

Middleware Technical SME

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement middleware solutions tailored to business and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (application, infrastructure, security) to integrate middleware with enterprise systems.
Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitor, tune, and optimize middleware environments; apply patches and perform version upgrades.
Ensure middleware platforms meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of middleware architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to upskill internal teams.
Support project transitions by setting up middleware infrastructure and coordinating with relevant teams.

Middleware SME
