The Global Access Management consultant at Strada is responsible for system access control and associated compliance across all Strada Global HR products/services (client and internal). This role involves processing account creation requests, termination of accounts, maintaining security through a stringent password reset process, managing user accounts, overseeing customer communications for access-related issues, and identifying security issues for escalation. Additionally, the consultant will assist and perform access management-related admin tasks and provide professional background in HR processes, organizational structures, business functions, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, ITIL Service Management training/certification, security training/certification, attention to detail, and deadline orientation. Knowledge of SAP, SAP security/authorization (ADM940), Service-Now, and MS Office applications is advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor of Science (BS) from an accredited college or university, thorough knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, ITIL Service Management training/certification, security training/certification, ability to think creatively for service improvements, attention to detail, process-following skills, knowledge of SAP and related applications, and the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
