GL Specialist Solution Delivery Clinical Development

As a Specialist for project delivery and/or operations in the Clinical Development space, your primary responsibility will be to partner with Business Stakeholders and IT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and project delivery. You will drive the operations of systems and applications, both Global and Local, ensuring their stability, integrity, and meeting customer service levels. You will provide technical support for Clinical Development applications and software such as Entimo, R, SAS, LabVantage, Spotfire, and SharePoint. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, collaborating with development teams to enhance application performance, and assisting in release management, system enhancements, and upgrades. Developing documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes, monitoring application performance, developing training materials and user manuals, providing training to end-users, and ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex-11 standards and regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key performance indicators will include delivery on agreed KPIs pertaining to Technology Solution delivery, contribution to innovative clinical technology solutions across Sandoz at scale, and feedback on customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience (6+ years) in Clinical Development application maintenance and operations, with exposure to the Life Science Industry and Business specific to clinical development. You should have the ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, interact with senior management and business stakeholders, and experience in maintenance and operations in GxP systems and supporting applications. Your skills should include a strong technology background, understanding of coding principles, experience with scripting and packaging, business acumen, and commercial understanding, demand planning, knowledge of IT infrastructure & systems, leveraging technology for business and customer needs, knowledge of relevant tools and systems, analyzing stakeholder requirements, and collaboration across functions/geographies. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
