Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical support for Clinical Development applications such as Entimo, R, SAS, LabVantage, Spotfire, SharePoint, etc. Your main tasks will include analyzing and resolving technical issues, collaborating with development teams to enhance application performance, assisting in release management and upgrades, developing documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes, monitoring application performance, creating training materials and user manuals, ensuring compliance with GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex-11 standards, and delivering services securely, on time, and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that platforms and solutions are fit for purpose and deliver business value. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Clinical Development applications - Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance - Assist in release management, system enhancements, and upgrades - Develop documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes - Monitor application performance to ensure optimal user experience - Create training materials and user manuals; provide training to end-users - Ensure compliance with GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex-11 standards - Deliver services securely, on time, and within budget for responsible areas - Ensure platforms and solutions are fit for purpose and deliver business value Qualification Required: - 6+ years of experience in Clinical Development application maintenance - Exposure to the life sciences industry, specifically clinical development - Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders - Experience interacting with senior management and business teams - Hands-on experience with GxP systems and supporting tools (ALM, SNOW) - Strong technology background and understanding of coding principles - Business acumen and commercial awareness - Skills in demand planning, IT infrastructure, and leveraging technology - Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and collaborate across geographies - Fluent in written and spoken English Additional Details of the Company: Sandoz is a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, providing over 900 million patient treatments across 100+ countries. As a Specialist for project delivery and/or operations in the Clinical Development space, your primary responsibility will be to partner with Business Stakeholders and IT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and project delivery. You will drive the operations of systems and applications, both Global and Local, ensuring their stability, integrity, and meeting customer service levels. You will provide technical support for Clinical Development applications and software such as Entimo, R, SAS, LabVantage, Spotfire, and SharePoint. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, collaborating with development teams to enhance application performance, and assisting in release management, system enhancements, and upgrades. Developing documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes, monitoring application performance, developing training materials and user manuals, providing training to end-users, and ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex-11 standards and regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key performance indicators will include delivery on agreed KPIs pertaining to Technology Solution delivery, contribution to innovative clinical technology solutions across Sandoz at scale, and feedback on customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience (6+ years) in Clinical Development application maintenance and operations, with exposure to the Life Science Industry and Business specific to clinical development. You should have the ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, interact with senior management and business stakeholders, and experience in maintenance and operations in GxP systems and supporting applications. Your skills should include a strong technology background, understanding of coding principles, experience with scripting and packaging, business acumen, and commercial understanding, demand planning, knowledge of IT infrastructure & systems, leveraging technology for business and customer needs, knowledge of relevant tools and systems, analyzing stakeholder requirements, and collaboration across functions/geographies. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
