GL Accountant

As a GL Accountant at CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO), you will play a key role in the Month-End Close tasks and Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations - Allocate costs efficiently - Maintain close cooperation with the Warsaw team - Handle Fixed Assets Maintenance, Acquisition, Disposal, and Depreciation - Review and prepare General Ledger journals - Follow up on unreconciled transactions - Conduct month-end close activities including account reconciliation, reporting, and accruals - Prepare complete, accurate, and timely financial reports in line with corporate and statutory reporting and audit requirements - Ensure compliance with all statutory and corporate business reporting deadlines - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Document processes and procedures; prepare internal accounting/reporting procedures, manuals, and instructions - Continuously improve corporate accounting processes, suggest new solutions, and accounting/reporting enhancements - Support the team in other accounting activities **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of experience working in a General Ledger accounting function with exposure to US GAAP Reporting - Strong IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, etc); knowledge of Oracle Peoplesoft is advantageous - Client-oriented attitude - Analytical approach to day-to-day tasks - Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently to meet all deadlines and deliver high-quality service - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and data manipulation skills - A team player with a proven ability to work effectively across boundaries As part of CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO), you will enjoy company perks and benefits including Health Care, Accident & Term life Insurance, Free Meals & snacks, Mental Wellbeing services, Child Care partnerships, and Entertainment facilities.
