Job Description

Eligibility: Total experience of 4 years and above. Strong Knowledge on the Product: Expertise in GIS and Geoinformatics Willing to work and showcase fulfilling the given tasks before the deadline Willing to work in dynamic work environment based on business requirement Key Skills: Strong knowledge on GIS, Geoinformatics and Navigational Projects GIS core understanding preferred and knowledge of maps with advance Lane content Passion for Knowledge Transfer and helping others learn and come up the learning curve Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.,) Ability to coach & provide feedback Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Job Responsibilities: Trainer Role Facilitate programs based on Product training by utilizing the available content, presentations and visual aids to equip the trainees with relevant skills needed to perform the job effectively and efficiently. Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements and BQ management. Evaluate trainees for the duration of the training by administering regular assessments and activities followed by a robust feedback process. Checks all logistical requirements before beginning a program to ensure smooth and efficient implementation. Participate in client calls regarding updates on new products and development. Mentor & train new instructors on subject matter and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses to be able to conduct courses in case of a business need. Conduct PKTs based on business requirement, prepare analyze and publish reports along with corrective action plan Arrange Cross-Trainings and Refreshers based on business requirement and BQ Analysis based on Quality report analysis. Recognize and Reward top performing trainees based on evaluation results, participation and behavior
