Designation – Project Manager, Urban Planning Division
Base Location - Kolkata
Salary - Negotiable
Roles and Responsibilities:
l Performing end-to-end Project Management for existing projects under Urban Development division of the company (Geospatial Projects) including project inception, documentation, project designing, client management, team management, budget estimation and management etc.
l Provide technical support including Scope analysis, cost estimation etc. to Businesses development team for acquisition of new business in Urban Development domain.
l Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of urban planning projects, recommending adjustments and modifications as necessary.
l Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and new technology in urban planning and incorporate them into planning strategies and initiatives.
l Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to government officials, community stakeholders etc. regarding urban planning initiatives and projects.
