GIS Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solution architectures that accurately translate business requirements into technology solutions, ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle of changes.
• Create, evaluate, and recommend solutions that incorporate business needs, technology, cost, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with the Architecture Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure compliance with enterprise architectural standards and future roadmaps.
• Conduct continuous improvement analysis on existing applications and infrastructure to support evolving business requirements.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Delivery teams to implement solutions within time and cost constraints, aiding in design, planning, and governance.
• Lead development efforts, delegating responsibilities to developers and specialists to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide guidance and coaching to architects, developers, and specialists throughout the design process.
• Assess and articulate the impacts of solutions on the existing business and technical landscape.
• Develop technology strategies to ensure compatibility with overall enterprise technologies.
• Ensure the integrity of solutions throughout the development process.
