Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Girls Hostel Warden at AAFT University of Media and Arts, based in Raipur. The Warden will oversee the day-to-day operations of the girl's hostel, ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of resident students. Responsibilities include managing hostel facilities, maintaining a secure environment, enforcing hostel rules, addressing student concerns, and organizing activities that foster a positive community atmosphere. The Warden will also coordinate with administration to ensure compliance with university policies.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills & Experience in the same feild
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage hostel operations effectively
• Ability to foster a supportive and safe living environment for students
• Proficiency in maintaining discipline, creating student engagement activities, and handling emergencies
• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in an educational or residential setting, is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline, along with basic computer literacy
