Job Description:

Angroos, a leading gifting and lifestyle brand in Kochi, is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Gift Hamper Designer. This role involves designing customized gift hampers, handling customer enquiries, and contributing to social media engagement and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create customized gift hampers for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other occasions
• Interact with walk-in and online customers to understand their requirements
• Respond to social media enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp and convert them into sales
• Coordinate with the packing and production team to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in product display, styling, and content preparation for photography and video shoots
• Keep track of packaging materials, inventory, and seasonal items
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and festive launches
• Participate in exhibitions and represent the Angroos brand

Skills and Requirements:

• Creativity with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and color coordination
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
• Customer-friendly approach, polite and solution-oriented
• Basic knowledge of using Instagram and handling direct messages
• Time management and ability to work under deadlines
• Interest in gifting trends, Kerala-themed products, and handcrafted items
• Previous experience in gift designing, craft making, or styling is an advantage
