About the Role

We are hiring a creative and responsible Gift Designer who can design unique gift hampers and also handle customer queries and orders. This role requires a good sense of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with clients about their gifting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and arrange gift hampers as per themes and client preferences
• Suggest suitable packaging materials boxes and gift combinations
• Handle walk in customers and online enquiries related to gifting
• Work closely with the production team to execute custom orders
• Maintain records of orders inventory and packaging status
• Coordinate with clients for order updates and approvals
• Assist in creating new product ideas for festivals and events

Requirements

• Creative mindset with interest in art and gift design
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
• Attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Experience in gift hamper making is a bonus
• Minimum commitment of 1.5 to 2 years preferred

Work Type

Full time role based in Kochi

Monday to Saturday working

Salary

Attractive salary based on creativity and experience

Range from 15000 to 35000
